CropSpy is a scouting guide designed to assist farmers in monitoring crops for potential disease and insect occurrences. It does not provide real-time alerts or guarantee pest or disease outbreaks.

3. No Direct Pesticide Recommendations

CropSpy does not recommend spraying pesticides based solely on its scouting information. Farmers must consult agronomists or agricultural experts before taking any pest or disease control measures.

4. Continuous Alerts & User Discretion

CropSpy does not track what control measures have already been taken, so alerts may continue to appear. Users must use discretion and rely on expert advice when making decisions based on the information provided.

5. Pest and Disease Occurrence – The Pest Triangle

The occurrence of pests and diseases depends on the Pest Triangle, which consists of:

• Host (crop type and susceptibility)
• Weather/Climate (favorable or unfavorable conditions)
• Inoculum (presence of disease-causing agents or pests)

If any of these three factors are not present or favorable, pests and diseases may not develop.

6. Limitation of Liability

CropSpy provides scouting-based guidance but does not guarantee accuracy or predictability of pest or disease outbreaks.

CropSpy and its creators are not responsible for any losses, damages, or incorrect decisions made based on the information provided.

Users assume full responsibility for interpreting the data and taking appropriate actions.

7. No Warranty & “As Is” Service

CropSpy is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate scouting information.

8. No Redistribution

CropSpy is intended only for individual use and is not to be redistributed, resold, or shared commercially without permission.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, data, and features within CropSpy remain the intellectual property of the company.

Unauthorized copying, modification, or redistribution of CropSpy’s data or services is strictly prohibited.
